2024 was my best year yet! • January: Kicked off the year with the @wcuramband at the 135th @rose_parade • February: Headed to South Carolina spend some time with the hilarious team at @paradigmpercussion • March & April: Wrapped-up winter and moved into spring with lots of family time • May: Graduated Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Production from @fullsail and the kids’ first time at Walt Disney World • June: Lots of summer family time at the shore and at Phillies games • July: Officially joined the Philadelphia Chapter of the @recordingacademy! I’ve met so many amazing & creative people in such a short time • August: The beginning of the fall wedding season and many weekends of fun with friends • September: Seeing @lawrencetheband kick off their tour from about three feet from the stage • October: Incredible trip w/ @zachschlicher @andy_mo_fat & @_aaron_bailey to see @zedd at @redrocksco, a bucket list venue • November: First joint family trip with @fl0m & @jenfl0m to Hershey Park and we all had a blast • December: Simply having a wonderful Christmastime It was really difficult to only choose 12 moments from the year because the good times kept coming. I feel pretty damn lucky. Here’s to an even better 2025. Happy New Year!

I had the best time celebrating 30 years of the @recordingacademy’s Philadelphia Chapter! The representation of Philly music in the room was inspiring. One of my favorite things about joining the Recording Academy has been the authentic warmth that comes from each person I meet. Ran my first 5K this morning, on my 38th birthday! Until today, I’d never ran that distance before w/o stopping, but it felt great! I came in at 34’20”, w/ an average pace of around 11’11”/mi. It was so wonderful to have my family waiting at the finish line to cheer me on🙂

Life Update: Last week, I found out I’ll be joining the Philadelphia Chapter of the @recordingacademy! To say I’m excited is an understatement. This has been a quiet dream of mine for years. I’ve played a small part in the Philadelphia chapter’s Education Committee for the past year or so, and am looking forward to officially being involved with the Academy as a professional member. In the future, I hope to transition my membership to a voting status after releasing music I’ve been working on in the coming months. I owe a huge thank you to @iamratedart, @brianstockarddrums, @wcugumble, and @benpottsaudio for all their help in my application process! #IAmTheAcademy

I graduated Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Production from Full Sail University. There are too many people to list who have helped me get to this moment, but I, of course, have to thank my incredible rock of a wife and life partner, Kelsey, my children Mikey & Gracie, who inspire me to be the best version of myself for them, and our family support system who joined me on the trip down to the Orlando area to be a part of my graduation festivities. I’m incredibly proud of my personal growth over the last 24 months. During my degree program, we welcomed Grace into the world, I had major surgery followed by shedding 175 lbs, worked full-time with my usual clients, and helped raise two toddlers, all while maintaining a 3.99 GPA. I finally feel like I’m beginning to realize my full potential as a person and it makes me so excited for what’s possible in the future. Cheers! 🍻

Awesome night at the Otho Davis Scholarship Foundation Awards Dinner celebrating Dick Vermeil’s Pro Football Hall of Fame induction and Ray Didinger’s ODSF Dick Vermeil Lifetime Achievement Award. Pro Football Hall-of-Famers Harold Carmichael & Harry Carson were in attendance, along with Ron Jaworski, Merrill Reese, and a ton of other Philadelphia Eagles players & personnel past & present, plus local Philadelphia sports media personalities, including Joe DeCamara as M.C. A huge thank you to Uncle Ed Mackin for arranging the evening for us!

Grace Murphy Bishop arrived at 3:27pm on Thursday, 9-15-2022 via c-section at 8 lbs, 4 oz and 20” long. Both Mom & our Gracie girl are doing great! Everything went super smooth and the operating team at Pennsylvania Hospital was amazing. Kelsey is such a trooper. We couldn’t be happier or more in love with our daughter.♥️

We had such a great time getting dolled up & dapper for the @quakercity_stringband 100th Anniversary Gala. @bobkellyfox29 was an excellent MC (as usual), and the @cityrhythm_bvtlive was a 10/10. The committee folks did a tremendous job putting the evening together. • Many thanks to Rudi’s Formal Wear for dressing me to the 9s. I needed all the help I could get trying to match the beauty by my side. • I feel honored to be able to say I’m a part of an organization with such a storied history. Here’s to 100 more!
